Gonzaga Bay

Room was clean with a great ocean view, but could not get a beach chair at all. Not enough available at the beach or the pools.

At first we were a little upset because when we checked in the decided to upgrade our 2 bedroom oceanfront rooms to VIP suites, this would have been fine but we were on a girls trip and each room needed to have two beds and the upgraded rooms were king size beds. They said that they had no other rooms available so we would have to take these rooms until they could get us put into new rooms the following day. We had paid extra for a birthday package so that was now going to be messed up in the rooms we were going to be moved to. We’re no longer the oceanfront rooms that we had paid extra for. With the Hotel staff, knowing that we were extremely upset and disappointed. They pulled a few strings and were actually able to get us into a villa and that was absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond and we are so appreciative and grateful.

Beside the resort was owesome like foods, cleanliness, services, amenities, pools and room is fantastic. The only thing that i dont like is too much seaweeds in the shore sands its look like dirty and even you cant swim on the water. It might be the resort management should clean up the shore to help so that the guest would enjoy swimming in the shore . Thank you! 🙏
