"The check in with smooth. They spoke Japanese along with Chinese and English. There were snacks, water and tea available in the lobby. The place was a bit outside of city center however a very comfortable stay. I just wish they had more dressers in the room. Seems to be a consistent theme in Taiwan no dressers and storage in the rooms"

I think it would have been more appropriate to take my information, since the reservation was under my name & paid by me. A/C cannot be controlled within the room, and Staff must be called if it needs to be turned on/off. Breakfast is included,...
