"Rude staff, missed things on breakfast menu, staff on their phones or sitting behind desk"

"A beautiful spot, lovely rooms and very attentive staff "

"Good resort for relaxing "

"Very nice beach hotel in the countryside! You can rent a scooter and explore the place or relax on the beach and swim in the sea"

"Great friendly staff!!"

"Good People, great location by the sea. This is a big place, and surprisingly offers a very basic breakfast and a prebook restaurant only. There is no poolside service. As expected these are condos, so no room cleaning. Definitely not a place for remote working, internet is really unreliable in the rooms, we had extended outages on three or four occasions."

"We loved every minute of our stay. The rooms are small but have everything you need to be comfortable and you are walking distance to the beach. The breakfast is lovely and so is the service and the AC in the room. We made friends on the patio and were comfortable throughout. "

"Proprietaire vous aide pour votre voyage, bonne cuisine sur place, a 5 mn de la plage et du centre du village. Hotel pas au bord de la plage mais les hotels qui le sont de tourte vfacon sont un peu en retrait."

"We had a wonderful stay during low season at Jey’s Place. Both Jey and Anthony were so kind and accommodating, the rooms are spotless and the garden luscious. Morning coffee and evening drink on the patio outside our room overlooking the garden was a real treat. Would recommend this place and definitely come back ourselves! "

"New brand hotel, very clean and neat, located not far from the beach, very friendly and helpful staff."

"Outstanding staff. Excellent facility."

"Amaranthe Bay is a super nice hotel, the rooms are very spacious, clean and well maintained. The location is great and the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. The guests relations executive, Sri Mayuran, was super nice, helpful and friendly, he made our stay that much better. Also, great thanks to the chef who cooked the fish we fished for us :) it was an awesome gesture."

"Very happy with my stay at Havana Club. Staff were absolutely amazing and super helpful. One of the guest in my party has a serious food allergy and they went out of their way to cook a special breakfast each day for her dietary needs and ensured us staff would be mindful of cross contamination during the food prep process. Can’t say enough great things about them"

"Friendly, kind staff, very helpful, family run, always ready to meet the needs. Large rooms with patio that leads to the tropical garden, close to the beautiful beach of Nilaveli Beach.Highly recommended"

"Complication at the beginning, At the reception no record shows that we are booked also breakfast is not included, I have to talk to the owner of the hotel who lives other city and settled everything. After that everything went okay."

"Beautiful property, very close to the beach and a beautiful snorkelling spot ! Perfect bedroom cleanliness ! Amazing breakfast cooked by Saravana !! Very helpful person, thanks."

"Wonderful staff"

"We were disappointed with our stay at Sea Way Hotel. The hotel has old facilities and was quite dirty. The staff, however, was friendly"
