"Driving up hotel is very impressive, lovely lawns, boar and deer statues scattered around and 2 wolfhounds guarding entrance Our hotel room and bathroom were massive with lovely views. Food was not available but staff would help you order in from local takeaway restaurants a d would supply crockery and cutlery. Limited menu in evening but was of excellent flavour and presentation. Beautiful lounge to relax in with some information about history of family who had owned it. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially VJ. Would highly recommend a stay here, too many of theses lovely country houses have disappeared."

"Tuckers Inn is quite delightful. Our room was small, given the fact that we had way too much luggage (and there is no elevator). But the room was very clean and the bathroom modern, which is a big plus. The food is more than decent and the view delightful. But the best feature was extremely nice and helpful staff. We can't say enough about the nice staff at Tuckers Inn."

"Beautiful location great atmosphere. Farm animals and great play area for kids but also very peaceful. Although it was lovely the whisky barrel was a lot smaller than we’d imagined. Good for an overnighter but we thought making the bed up each night for a longer stay would be annoying."
