For example replacing broken lamps and missing bulbs, soundproofing the rooms (you hear all the conversations and other unpleasant noises next door), cleaning the decoration fabrics in the room, etc. An extra effort would largely pay for a more comfortable stay."

"Could not access property upon arrival. supposed to have staff at front desk for check-in from 1 - 5. Arrived 1:30, no one on duty, no one answered intercom by front door. Finally got response an hour later. No one actually on duty the whole two days we were there. WiFi goes down at least twice per day, sometimes for hours while we ry to contact someone to fix it. Room cramped, shoddy; everything done as cheaply as possible, and badly. Sign above 'reception' desk requests 5-star review,...

"Sinceramente llegamos aqui por accidente... Ibamos de camino al norte, y reserve el hotel porque incluia tina de hidromasaje y estaba a un buen precio... Pero la verdad es que he quedado fascinado con este lugar, Carmen la recepcionista fue increíble con nosotros, y el resto del personal del hotel también, siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitaramos. Los cuartos extremadamente limpios, bien cuidado todo, y se siente una habitación generosa con el huesped. El pueblo es encantador,...
