A beautiful, luxury, boutique hotel. Tastefully decorated and furnished, with lots of great art work everywhere. The staff were all super helpful and attentive without being intrusive. Everywhere was immaculately clean. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable with everything we needed. It was cleaned to perfection every day and we really enjoyed the delicious herbal tea left for us each evening. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection. The coffee was particularly good. We had a nice stay at this hotel. Facilities were good and staff was great.

We found the hotel right in the middle of the town. surrounded by bars and restaurants and a lovely walk through shaded, busy, ally's in the old town. Close to the beach and the ferry to Portofino. Portofino is too busy and full of tourists. The rooftop bar was a revelation. Watch the moon rise over the bay sipping a cocktail. Spot on. No swimming pool, if you are that inclined. Parking is across the street. Had a lovely stay and will return.

Service was great from start to finish! Hotel is very stylish and the rooms pleasant. Great to park outside and have the car moved to a secure space whilst we were there too. We’ll come again. Oh and the food was fabulous!

Very much enjoyed our week's stay at The Continental. We had a nice sea view room on the second floor with a small balcony. The outlook from this hotel across its beautiful gardens across the bay at Santa Marg. is outstanding whether from the room or having a drink on the terrace. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Great breakfast on the terrace every morning and short walk down the hill to the charming town. So much better than overrated Portafino. Only negative we had was that the hotel sun...

Lovely hotel in a beautiful small town. Breakfast was great, staff were very friendly and helpful - sorting us out with a booking at the nearby beach club and providing timetables so we could take a boat trip to Portofino. The pool area was a perfect size and well looked after, as were we! Our family room was spacious and well laid out, and we had the use of a private terrace. So many little touches made this hotel extra special for our family holiday. We highly recommend it!

Very traditional Italian seaside hotel, in a great location next to the Bay de Silencio. Very attentive service and staff, great breakfast options and generous rooms. Sestre Levante is close to the villages in Cinque Terra but has a completely different feel, more Italian tourists seem to stay here and it has great restaurant options. Of the various Ligurian seaside towns we have visited we like this place probably the best.

Lovely clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Would definitely stay there again. The lift could do with updating and if they could supply some snacks or food apart from breakfast would be the only improvements to make it complete.

1, nice and relax private garden , 2, very good location, 2 mins from Bonassola train station, 2 stops to Cinque Terre, 3, the host is very kind and helpful, 4, clean and cosey room, 5, can rent bike for 5 Euro. 6, the Bonassola town is beautiful and peaceful. Very suitable for couple and people look for relax vacation.

We had a very enjoyable week at the Melia hotel, which is in an excellent location for exploring Genoa and close enough to the station to explore the region.

Very pleased with this hotel. Excellent location close to rail station and in walking distance of major sites of city. Very quiet, comfortable room at back on 6th floor. stayed four nights.

Very conveniently located, walking distance to the main pedestrian area. The hotel is right next to the train station too where there is a public car park for those who drive here. The room is small but clean and tidy. Bottled water provided but no kettle. Bathroom is clean and modern with good water pressure from shower.
