"All was really very good"

"Basic room but wonderful views and lovely food enjoyed overlooking the lake. "

"Prisvärt rum, nackdel att de tar deposition på 150 Frank. Ingen tv på rummet, vet dock inte om detta är en nackdel"

"The hotel is on a Main Street and the traffic noise was very loud and constant. One can hardly rest. There was no prior notification that customer must register and pick up key at a second location that is about 1 km distance from the hotel. We learned this only upon arrival to the hotel and read the notice on the door of the hotel. So we had to drive twice to the hotel and the second location--arrive to hotel, register at second location, drop bags at hotel, park car at second location....

"Excellent place"

"A recently renovated property that feels like you're staying at vineyard, yet is only a few minutes drive from Lugano center."

"Great staff, great food, great location"

"Fantastic stay - wonderful hosts with a personal touch. The room was clean, comfy and had a great view over the valley and mountains. "

"Hotel rooms were clean, staffs were extremely friendly, breakfast was very good! Location was excellent close to restaurants and shopping."

"Good service"

"Excellent, self service apartment with the most modern technology and excellent aesthetic design. Good coffee maker, hot water in shower, towel warmer. Exactly as advertised, great location in a quaint town. My only suggestion is to provide an iron and board. "

"Our stay was exceptional with a nice balcony and view. The breakfast and dinner was excellent and they even provided a complimentary smart vehicle to take into the city. Nice touch."

"The staff went all out to make our stay feel the most confortable and welcoming I have ever felt in a hotel. Friendly, knowledgeable, they definitely went the extra mile. The spa, the location, the grounds, all were just stunningly beautiful. Walkable to the center of the shops, restaurants and coffee places. I would live there if I could. It is just an amazing hotel."

"Wonderful!"

"Excellent value, spacious room in a beautiful location with very friendly staff."

"amazing and quite place. Locating is fantastic and has a wonderful view"

"Amazing view, great resort."

"There was no lake view, but it was a pretty view of the mountains. It was more remote vs. in the heart of Lake Como."

"The hotel has a great location and the staff is very friendly. Everything is clean and there is air-condition in the rooms ( nice when it is so hot)! Our best recommations."
