"STAY AWAY THIS HOTEL ! I had my clothes damage with their iron provided and yet to hear back with solution . Manager and staff are unprofessional . I had bad experience getting water sent to room and was given attitude . SAVE YOUR MONEY"

"Everything is wonderful. However I booked king bed but when my husband and I arrived there to check. We were given a room with two twin beds the clerk saying that’s the only available. When we went upstairs to our room the AC was off and when we turned it on it wasn’t working we called the desk. The first and second call nobody is answering the phone. On my third call and several rings she finally answered. We told her the situation with the AC . She told us to push buttons and still not working. She went to our room to did try yo fix the thermostat after that the AC still not working, she said that’s all she can do and went out and mentioned she will call us when the maintenance can come. After several minutes the AC started working, and we started to settle down. The phone rings and when my husband finally answered she said nasty words that we were not answering the phone at once and no maintenance guy is coming. How rude. We told her the AC is now working. How rude she was because we called several times before she answered us but we didn’t complain. My husband starting to get some rest answered her call and met with nasty comments. What happens then if AC did not work that night. What kind of help can your nasty staff give your paying customers?"

"I could not use a major credit card to pay as stated in information they send to us you can make a payment as long as it is with a major credit card such as visa. But when I went in to sign in I was told they will not take it because it was a chime credit card not a debit card but yes a visa credit card. So I had to go through a who extra 45 min just to check in while it also held up the line behind me. Then at breakfast time I was told there would be a full breakfast but when I went down there there was boiled eggs in a fridge. There were no scrambled eggs, no hash browns, no bacon only sausage and some kind of a burrito oh and frozen boxed waffles. Yeah so the cereal, toast, and other items. Well not a full breakfast just continental the work I have ever seen and I have seen many hotels. My daughter wouldn't even eat because it wasn't real food not made the same day just frozen 😒 items and some fruit. No pancakes either. Basically not a full breakfast at all it's a lie. Very upset at what this hotel put me and my daughter through just trying to check in and then the lie about the breakfast I think was it for me."

"To start off there was a sign that said " be back in 15mins. Leave your key in basket" sign was still there next day. Man at front desk seemed irritated. I asked for a king room bottom floor. What I got was a 3rd floor room next to freeway. Never could go to sleep as listened to traffic all night. Hotel phone didn't work so had to use my cell phone to ask for bath towels, kleenex & coffee cups., after 45mins we got thin small bath towels (2) and then 15min later got cups. Never got kleenex. Room seemed freshly painted but floor hadn't been cleaned as I found numerous pills on floor near the bed ( not mine). Shower was missing a door so water came out onto floor. Shower water handle fell off repeatedly when trying to turn on & off. Noticed the window on a ground floor room had been broken and there was glass all over the walkway in front of room. They should eliminate some of the furniture in the room making it easier to move in the room. Upon check out I noticed that the vehicle that was parked in the driveway to hotel belonged to the guy at front desk and was still there. The 15 min sign was still there. I waited about 5 mins and he got out of his car and asked me what I needed. Told him I needed to check out & would like my receipt and he said it would be emailed to me. Im still waiting. I would NEVER recommend this place!!!"

"This hotel needs lots of work. Cracks in the walls, ceilings, and bathtubs, blackout curtains only. The pool is closed for the season and it’s June. Towels are stained and thin. Overall look for somewhere else to stay."

"The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The Tv looked like it was going out, it was dark around the outside and hard to see. Breakfast was good and there was ample parking. Staff was helpful and friendly."

"I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Upon arrival, I was forced to wait nearly two hours past check-in time before my room was ready. This was extremely inconvenient and not what I expected from a hotel of your standards. Once I finally gained access to my room, I noticed that the shower curtain in the bathroom had visible mold on it, which raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. Additionally, the level of service I received from room service staff was unprofessional and rude, making my stay even less enjoyable. To make matters worse, I found myself having to take out my own trash during my stay, which should not be the responsibility of a paying guest. Proper housekeeping service should have been provided. I was also disappointed to see roaches in the parking lot. During previous visits, the property was much cleaner and better maintained. The overall condition of the hotel appears to have declined significantly since my last stay. Considering that I paid close to $500 for a three-night stay, I feel the overall experience did not provide the value I expected and was disappointing for the price. Guests paying these rates should reasonably expect clean accommodations, timely check-in, professional service, and proper housekeeping."
