"The property is very clean and well-appointed. The staff is friendly and attentive, particularly the evening front desk attendants. My only real complaint is the charge for parking. There is an option for free street parking on the far side of the hotel, but to park in the lot and garage directly in front of the building costs $10 a night. There is simply no reason for this at a suburban chain hotel except for greed."

"Our hotel room was clean, bed sheets extra crispy. To prepare for surgery the next day I had to take two showers and the shower temp is regulated. That resulted in me having to take two luke-warm showers (evening and morning) which was most unpleasant. I have stayed at Hyatt’s where this was the case, I’d like them to allow for hotter water in the showers. We had trouble locating the parking garage entrance after checking in. I had to turn our vehicle around and go back to the front desk to get better instructions. Bed was comfy and towels soft."

"room wasn’t clean. The staff was disrespectful. People were letting their dogs attack other people. The door looked like it was kicked in. There was no safety no security. It was downright nasty. They had the whole third floor blocked off because they didn’t have enough linens and the elevator was broken down. "

"There is no staff on site during the night or in the morning until 9am. My key stopped working when I went to get coffee and I was locked out of my room for nearly 2 hours in 40 degree temps. The AC was so loud; squeaking and clicking. The fridge sounded like it was trying to go to space. Luckily, I had a neighbor that was screaming for most of the night, so I was distracted from the noise in my own room. This place is ridiculous. Keep scrolling. You're welcome. "

"Could have been lots better!! Better signage to find the room. You could tell the sign. Used to be there but was removed or fell off and no one bothered to put it back. The room needed repair- broken ac unit and really needed a deep clean. There was dust everywhere. Bathroom had mold on the shelf, not sure where the water was coming from but there was water behind the toilet that had bad caulk job. The countertop and floor directly under were slanted like it was in desperate need of repair. Black greasy hand prints were all over the bathroom, shower curtain, light switch and the door. Breakfast would have been ok if you wanted cherrios, a tiny yogurt and waffles. The juicy machine was pure water no flavor and the waffle makers were dirty with black burnt pieces all over. Staff was happier to shoot the breeze than to assist me. No business center available. Watch out a security HOLD turned into a charge to my card. They got a manager involve to return the money just to turn around and charge for the room- same exact amount of money. Glad it was one night. Never again!!"
