"Hotel is within walking distance to downtown area, which is convenient. The hotel is supposed to be smoke free, but we kept getting cigarette smoke odor in our room. The bed was uncomfortable and lumpy. The AC/heater unit is very loud when it's on. The shower pressure is extremely strong, felt like little pin pricks. The bath towels are gross, they are supposed to be white, they are so dingy, they look gray. I'm so glad I always travel with my own towel! Overall I would not stay here again."

"Staff is very friendly and the rooms are great. Sports bar is a great place to eat, gamble, and watch sports on a TV bigger then your wall. "

"Have stayed here a few times visiting a student at UCSB. Like the location for easy access. It’s relatively quiet even though there is a fire department next door and it’s directly in the flight path of the airport. "

"The property was old but updated. Everything worked ( especially pleased with the jacuzzi!). The only issue was that the light over the bed was not accessible to a night stand. The light was on one side the nightstand in the middle of the two beds. Awkward. I just moved a chair to that side. The rest of the room was very accommodating."
