Top Goleta Hotel Reviews
Hotel Santa Barbara
8/10 Good
"The property was great, however they fell down on the job. I was proposing to my fiancée that night. I confirmed with them twice that they would decorate the room for our return. They failed miserably."
Best Western Plus South Coast Inn

"Great place to stay will stay there again"
Wine Valley Inn

"Loved this boutique hotel. It is very clean and the grounds are just beautiful. Breakfast was so so but location is everything with free parking. I would definitely stay again."
Ramada by Wyndham Santa Barbara

King Frederik Inn

"The staff were friendly. The room was clean and beds were comfy. The location absolutely could not be better. You are right in the middle of everything. If I had to come up with a negative I’d say our room was closest to the street for the cars were pretty loud, but honestly by the time you are trying to go to bed there really aren’t any cars passing anymore so it really wasn’t a problem. The door handles didn’t want to engage when we used the key. We had to swipe our key card a couple of times. That’s it though. The rest of the stay was great. We plan to go back around Christmas and plan to stay here again!"
Sandpiper Lodge

"The hotel was clean, however; there was mold in the shower. The building is showing it's age. The hotel needs an update."

"Great location, clean rooms, couldn’t ask for a better deal."

The Franciscan Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The property is extremely unique—it doesn’t feel like your typical tourist destination or pit stop. We arrived super late, and Ben checked us in with ease. He offered us complimentary water and took the time to explain all the amenities. For the price, this stay is absolutely worth it! It comes with free Wi-Fi, an in-room coffee and tea bar, complimentary continental breakfast each morning, and even free bike rentals. Our room was super clean and a really good size. We had two queen beds, and they were incredibly soft and comfortable. The room had all the essentials you could need, including an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, ice bucket, extra blankets, and a small refrigerator. The bathroom was also stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even lotion. One of my favorite little touches was the makeup towel! I often leave a face towel pretty messy after removing my makeup, so I really appreciated that detail. Parking is free, and you can park right next to your room, which is extremely convenient. As far as location, the wharf, restaurants, and shops are all within walking distance. It’s the perfect spot to stay—no traffic, no noise, and very quaint and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!"
