"God beliggenhet og kun noen 100 meter fra stranda. Alt man trenger er i umiddelbar nærhet. Standarden på hotellet var bra, men bærer preg av at det ikke har blitt helt ferdigstilt. (Mangler mulighet til å låse bade/dodøra) Det var en del støy fra motorvei som ligger rett ved hotellet. Service fra mannen i resepsjonen er helt eksemplarisk, hjalp til med alt man spurte om og mangler noe på rommet står han på døra kun minutter etter. Frokosten kunne vært litt mer variert, samme utvalg hver dag....

"It was a terrible experience - the staff is very slow. They are quick to charge & then they lose the information . Between the front desk & the concierge, I almost missed my flight. The spa wasn’t very cordial either. The rooms details are so dark , it’s hard to find switches. The windows were dirty. I have seen 2/3 star hotels more efficient than this."

"A wonderful hotel just a skip across to the beach with the pool situated at the front of the property for maximum sunshine!! Areas of the hotel were still ‘work in progress’ I.e fittings for the heated towel rail installed but no towel rail. Coving around the lift yet to be fixed and roof top bar getting ready for the season! This did not diminish our enjoyment of the hotel and the staff were attentive, polite, friendly and very service focused. From housekeeping to bar, beach bar to reception the service was fantastic. We will go again because of the service, food location and the beach!"

"The staff, specifically the young man manning the counter most afternoons, was exceptional. I was travelling all through the Balkans and no place went out of their way more than Hotel Ebel in Tirana. Excellent location, great access to good and drink even on the premises connected. Lite breakfast was good, they even made me to go boxes as 2 of my 3 days I left for tours before the start of breakfast, waiting up front. Extremely thoughtful. The hotel room itself is much larger than others, and is set in a very charming setting. Great value for the money and Service 11 out of 10. When you find yourself in Tirana see for yourself. Thanks for a magnificent stay."

Excellent rooms, refreshing pool, and nearby beach access with chairs and umbrellas. What really sets the place apart are it's people who consistently went above and beyond. Amazing stay and we will be back!"

"I enjoyed staying at this hotel for my birthday. My room was spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff were engaging and pleasant. I was pleased to receive a cake and wine for my birthday. It was soo sweet. I like that the hotel was in proximity of a small market, ice cream shop and the ocean. People were able to walk around and enjoy the amazing weather and visit the local restaurants. I would definitely stay there again."
