"The staff and management do not have basic customer skills. I have tried to call the hotel in advance to warn them that we will be late, but somebody opened the line without responding and left the line opened for the next 90 min. Although we had All Inclusive reservation, we were left hungry, without dinner. "The Maintenance in the place is very underrated, but it could be because of all the young 'Party Goers' that get somewhat out of hand. If you are just looking for a place to put your head and get some food, this is the place. Otherwise, there are plenty of other hotel options."
