"I probably wouldnt stay here again. The restaurant is overpriced and so is the hotel. I opened my curtains this morning to find a strange man lying face down on the grass. Like he was waiting for something. I called reception but she was inclined that this wasnt the first time. I felt so unsafe. She didnt even say she would call the police. Then she told me that there were unpaid restaurant bills on my account and I had paid for everything prior. Not impressed at all."

"The room was very clean; I worked for The Pamelia Hilton in Perth and it was on par as it in the cleanliness department. Only saw the staff when I checked in and they were very friendly and helpful. Didn't go into the bar. And didn't go into to any shops. I would be very happy to stay there again if I have to Come to York for another event. thankyou Dianne Nelligan"

"I’m all about the cleanliness of accomodation, and This place did not disappoint. The room was so clean and smelt so fresh, the beds were comfy with nice clean linen.The little snack box was a thoughtful touch and Check in was quick. Thank you so much for a nice relaxing stay, we’ll definitely be back again 😊 10 out of 10!"
