"Hotel front desk could be better, waiting 10 minutes for someone to come out of the backroom to check me in. It was 10pm the lobby had people in and out but no receptionist standing at the desk. "

"Furniture in room very stained and torn apart. Bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Dryer in laundry didn’t work but I received my money back. Some staff not knowledgeable about pool hours. Hot tub was great. "

"Customer service was great. Breakfast was good—my daughter’s favorite is the waffles! Our room was okay; the toilet ring was broken, but I just put it back in place and didn’t report it. I’m a returning customer, and I continue to choose this hotel because the price is good and the rooms are decent."

"Room had cobwebs hanging in the ceiling, toilet was leaking at the base, hide a bed didnt have lienes and mattress pad that was on the mattress was dirty, room was hot akd never cooled down, shower took 15 minutes to get warm, shower towels had stains. And cirtians were hard to move. "
