Hottub is under repair for 2 continuous days when we were in the Hotel. This is utterly disappointed as we went to this hotel thinking that we can use the pool if the weather is unsupportive and that itself is not working.

The pool could use some updating and the hot tub was out of service. ( which sadly we were not told upon arrival) Other than that the stay was wonderful

Closed captions on tv did not function. Limited channel selection. Hot tub was not hot and pool area needed a thorough cleaning.

We had a nice room, great view, friendly service, they told us where a local bear was roaming so my UK friends could see one. It was a Saturday at like 8:30 and the bar was closing nothing else in town they said so that was a bummer but not just them the town, rooms were lovely, pet friendly.

My Wife was in Golden for a medical procedure. We required some flexibility with check out and not sure if we would need an extra day. The staff was very responsive to our needs .Our dog was welcome also. Thanks to all the staff for your courteous hospitality.
