Superb facilities

Great cottages with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very well equipped kitchen.

When we first arrived to the apartment we were amazed at how beautiful and lovely it was, and the view from the room was gorgeous. The staff were so nice and friendly and we asked a lot of touristy questions and they were extremely helpful. On the first night we arrived our TV wasn't working (it needed tuning, as it was brand new), and it was around 7pm and the office was closed, i sent them an email hoping they'll be able to look at it in in the morning, but half an hour later there was a knock...

We had a fabulous time here. Room was clean and had everything provided you could possibly need. Breakfast was amazing- ample for breakfast ans snacks for lunch too! I don’t think we ever managed to finish it on any of the days we stayed! Check in was seamless with all the info we needed. Would stay here again without a doubt.

Positives? Too many to mention. Negatives? Only one... the funny water smell, however this is something all residences suffer from in Iceland (due to the geothermal water supply) The staff were especially helpful, having a garage was very helpful and despite the central location very easy to drive to. Wife and daughter loved it too. Would stay here again 10/10

We stayed here Monday to Friday and it was lovely, very clean and comfortable. It had a little kitchen with a fridge, toaster and hob which was amazing as food in Iceland is expensive! It was very central and right next to bus stop 13 one of the main pick up stops for trips - would recommend.

Good hotel nearby Reykjavik (10-15min walk). Good comms. despite no reception at the hotel. It's well priced. Also make sure to check out Brikk coffee & pastry shop underneath the hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel during our visit to Iceland. We stayed in their cottage, and everything about the experience was perfect from start to finish. The cottage was cozy, comfortable, and a wonderful place to relax after a day of exploring. The owners were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed, which made our stay even more special. The location is also ideal - peaceful and perfectly situated for spotting the incredible Northern Lights....

Can't recommend these guys enough. Great booking and communication, welcoming on arrival and helpful for any of the trips we'd booked (calling companies to when we needed help!) and the apartment itself was spotless and they had thought of everything (decent hair dryer, proper shampoo and body wash and ironing board and iron). Beautifully decorated apartment with great facilities and brilliant location

Great apartment in a great location. The only thing to be aware of is a nearby bar, so a little bit of noise may not be ideal if you have young children.

Easy to find location, easy to access, room codes were sent quickly. Had rooms for luggage storage. All great. The rooms were very clean and modern, had everything we needed for a few days In Reykjavík! The bed was very comfortable and black out curtains helped with a great nights sleep. Easy check out Perfect thank you

I was really pleased with this hotel. My room seemed to have been recently renovated - it was modern and in pristine condition. The bed was very comfy, the shower was good. The location is great - it's very central and 5 minutes walk will take you to the main shopping street, or the airport bus stop at the Culture House, or the waterfront (depending on which direction you head in!) I was only there for a few days, so I didn't make use of the little kitchen area although it looked pretty...

We received an email from B18 team about check-in instructions and it was very good system. Checked into the room after midnight as our flight was in the evening, we were confused at the room door but the staff was very helpful and kind on the phone. The door handle is very stylish ( touch keypad!) The projector was great for us to have a relaxed time after sightseeing in the city!

The apartments had just been refurbished and the manager greeted us and had provided information, and a few essentials ( coffee, milk, sugar, salt and pepper). It was clean, beautifully converted although the view from the window was on the backs of the street buildings . It was initially difficult to find as it set back from the road but the location is excellent for the old part of the city. There is no parking by the apartments we arrived on a weekend and parked on the main road which is...

The room was fantastic; we wished we could have stayed longer!

We stayed in the top apartment with private hot tub. The hot tub was lovely and warm. It was nice and warm in the apartment with under floor heating and very clean. Had everything you'd need and the coffee machine and pods were a nice touch. Nice big tv and very modern. Had a washer and dryer too, which would have been handy to know before I came (Could have packed less and washed stuff there, save us bringing so many bags!) It was in a good place close to the centre with a supermarket right...

All fine but it would be nice if on the booking you know there’s four people coming in you made up the sofa bed and also the plug socket was completely hanging off the wall

Even though this is a review for listed hotel, we were actually moved to another hotel which was 105 A Townhouse. 105 A Townhouse was actually in a better location. The room had a kitchenette which had all the necessary equipment to cook any type of meal. The bed was very comfortable and spacious and the toilet and shower facilities were top notch with Icelandic body wash, shampoo and conditioner supplied. We will definitely try and book this room again when we revisit Reykjavík.

Lovely location exactly in the city centre. Is 1min walk from Bus Stop no 7 which takes you to the airport and back.the room was big and had everything you need. There is a communal jacuzzi
