"Room is clean, property is pleasant, lots of outdoor seating. Could be spruced up a bit, there were a few cracked tiles in the bathroom, the shower gasket was torn so the entire room got flooded while showering. Biggest problem is the wi-fi which was painfully slow - so slow that we ended up using our phone hotspot instead of the hotel's wi-fi. When this was brought to the attention of the front desk, they didn't seem to care."

"Very nice place. Cleaned and organized. However few things must be addressed. 1. Wood flooring across the resort must be replaced or repaired. Nails sticking out caused me step on them few times. 2. "The cottages are behind cow sheds and when I arrived felt like being not inhabited. Looked a bit run down. The interior of the cottage was perfect, the door however did not lock and travelling alone, I did not close an eye. It then was fixed the following day, although I did not say anything. "Overall, the hotel was wonderful. It was a convenient location for our family to spend a week vacation in the Galilee area. There are attractions, restaurants and shops all nearby. The hotel was extremely clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast and dinner buffets have a wide variety of options. The only reason we would not stay here again was the bathroom design in the rooms. The toilet does not have a full door and the bathroom area does not have a door at all, and even has open shelving to the bedroom area that you can see and hear through, so the bathroom has essentially no privacy. I suppose if you're staying alone, it's not an issue, although still not ideal to have the toilet so open to the bedroom, but definitely consider this if you're sharing a room with anyone! Also the TV's in the rooms are older (not smart tvs) and have a small selection of channels, but there's so much to see and do in the area, it's not much of a problem. The grounds to the hotel are also wonderful with ruins, a chapel, water fountains, lots of area to roam around. We enjoyed everything about the hotel and property, except for the bathroom situation!"

"Shower control was difficult to manage bathroom seat covers was too small and loose ,remote for tv didnt work.a little too tight maneuvering around the ladder to the loft.they should have given us a room without the loft because we were 2 people.but the hotel was really pretty! the staff was gr8 and the massage was amazing!"

"The room was with plenty of space for a solo traveler. The breakfast was not included to the plan but you can find one in the hotel restaurant or on the street. I did not find staff always in the front desk so I had to make a phone call to get out my car from the parking."

All the food was fresh, presentation was very well done. There was staff rotating about the dining room bringing out refills, cleaning the tables, available for all questions. The room was adequate. The shower was great. All in all we had a good experience"
