"Breakfast was great. Staff were fabulous. The house keeper who cleaned my room yesterday (Saturday March 30th) was an artist. All staff were great, but the men at the front desk, a young man in the restaurant and a middle aged lady at the restaurant were just outstanding! I wish I could name them; but I felt impolite to ask for their names! Room was spacious with good air conditioning, and they had agreed to give me a higher level room (16th floor), which had a very nice view of the city. The only things that can improve are: Adding a coffee maker to the Kitchener in the rooms. And fixing the motion sensors for the hallway lights; they didn’t turn on fast enough and landing in a big, dark, empty hallway was kind of scary! I still give it a 5 star, as everything else was great. "

"The drain in the bathroom was clogged so we ended up with a wet bathroom floor. The hotel has a policy of only issuing one electronic key even when there are multiple guests, inconvenient. One of the air co dirtiness was not working. The extra blanket in the closet smelled of dampness. The staff was not friendly or courteous. When we asked for help with a taxi they said they didn’t do that."
