You need to climb a couple of flights of stairs if on the upper floor. Bob is the most wonderful host, the premises are very clean, great decor, and an ideal location for whale watching trips, scenery, and good food locations.

The rooms are lovely and well equipped with everything you could need, including tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge and, If I remember correctly, even a microwave. Lovely property. Stayed in the Madame Cheng room which was spacious and well decorated. Walkable to Rockport and the waterfront in less than 10 minutes. Breakfast was really nice, pre-ordered the night before and waiting outside your room at 8pm. Private stay but host was available if needed. Would recommend and stay again.
