"Stayed here on the first night of my trip, arrived late in San Jose. The airport shuttle was great at getting me to the hotel without navigating taxis late at night. Breakfast buffet the next day has a good amount of options - staff were all really friendly and helpful. "

"Don’t waste your money. We booked the hotel room and when we arrived the manager told us the room did not existed and wouldn’t give us another room. It says the hotel has a pool, but it wasn’t even filled up. The place is dirty, smells, and has only 3-5 parking lots in a garage, so we had to park out on the street. At the end we didn’t even stayed there, and wouldn’t give us a refund."
