"Was a great last stop for us on the ring road after staying in guesthouses for a week. We had our own kitchen, laundry and bathroom and the host was very sweet, she gave us a bottle of milk from their dairy cows. We only stopped for a night so didn’t really use the kitchen but would be a great option if you wanted to cook your own food. Shared bathrooms were not an issue. Rated a 4 as there was no hot water so that meant no shower (fine for one night but not sure about longer) but had been emailed ahead of time and never did see any ‘caretaker’who was to have been there when we arrived but room was set up so all worked fine. You do get some road noise as right on the main highway."

"This place had so many bad reviews that I was terrified before staying here but it was totally fine! Exactly as described. You can’t check in late and you get a code via email. I imagine some people run into trouble with that but we had no issues. It was very easy. The rooms were clean and nice. The area is scenic and the hot tub is relaxing."
