𝗧𝗢𝗣 𝟭𝟬 𝗛𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗶𝗻 Gliczarow Gorny (2019)

The hotel facility is of highest quality and very clean, like new. The staff I engaged with at reception were not of good quality. Admittedly, one had a "Trainee" name badge. When I asked if the bedding contained down feathers, she did not know. This is important because I have allergies and asthma. She made no attempt to find out. Also, when I told another staff at reception that the WiFi in my room is very poor, she was not empathetic and only said the wifi is free. When I asked if there were areas of the hotel where perhaps there is a stronger wifi signal, she said "I don't know. You can check." Most great hotels have staff that help you to problem-solve. So, I did, the wifi is excellent in the lobby and in the restaurant just not in the rooms where it constantly drops. The staff and the wifi are the only negative things about this property. I should say that the restaurant staff are very professional. The hotel security are also very professional. The reception desk staff are the only weakness.
