"Loved the metro connected underneath the hotel. It was a bit creepy being in an abandoned mall though. The hotel was nice, clean, and quiet. A bit confusing to find but easy to access after that. On expedia it said it was a 10min drive to the national mall but really a 35 min drive and 40-45 min train ride. That I guess was my lack of due diligence and not actually researching the area."

" room serviced the 1st day we receive fresh towels and trash removed. bed wasn't made and floor needed attention size room good, hate small toilets, bathtub didn't drain properly, shortage with lamp and microwave working on the same circuit lamp turn off when using microwave no reading lamp on one side of bed, made it hard to read no lamp by sitting chair food area was messy during breakfast our first morning at the front desk some staff talking very loud about personal things dogs barking at...
