"Room was relatively clean, but updated linens are needed there was a hole in the sheet. Also checking in the lady didn't know what she was doing kept having to re-enter info and my debit card, I asked if it would show more than once she said no. Of course it did, upon checking out I explained and was told by a tearful lady who was more worried about a personal phone call that she couldn't do anything, I would need to speak to manager tomorrow, when I'm 5 hours away. Do not recommend. Also the girl said it was "always a problem if you book through Expedia.""

"The kitchen did have cooking equipment. We did not stay long enough to cook there or have breakfast."

"There was several people at the side door that was smoking and understand people want to meet but they should not be smokers right by the door "

"We had a flat tire around 2pm on route neat Columbia. Called the site and they said no refunds since the hotel was booked on Expedia. Finally after many attempts to contact Expedia customer “service”…they said the would contact site and approve a refund but then said the site was not answering phone and closed the file. Do better."

"We always enjoy staying at IHG properties. But the Princeton Holiday Inn Express is head and shoulders the best so far. Great room and amenities. Great hot breakfast. Great pool and spa. The staff is world class. The hotel manager, Ed Barratt was actively talking with customers! Great! This is the way hospitality is supposed to be."
