"The resort is older, but taken care of. Our room was clean and the view of the beach from our balcony was great. Would definitely stay there again. Staff extremely friendly!"

"Well the hot tubs were full of suds the first night I was there and lots of dirt. The next morning at 11:00 they were still that way. I went to talk to the manager and this guy said oh I'm a pool blah blah blah and gave me attitude told me he was up there three times in the tubs were clean first thing in the morning. I showed him a photo from last night and a photo from today full of suds!! I asked him if he would like to get in hot tub like that and he said "well do you want to do my job?" Poor customer service attitude. I went to the general manager and explained all of that and gave him a written letter. It was my first day and probably my last stay since nobody had an answer and they offered no accommodations or anything. I canceled the rest of my week there and went down the road to a place that I knew was dependable"

"Our stay was amazing. The staff was very professional and the grounds were beautiful. If I had one wish for our stay, it would be that the TV’s were “smart TV’s”. It may seem like a small thing but both of us use it in the morning to workout and we use it to fall asleep at night. Other than that one issue, I would stay there again. "

"It was yoo cold for the pool but the hot tub was fabulous! Room was clean and spacious. Staff was very frirndly. View of the beach was wonderful. "

"Great location, directly on the beach. My partial ocean view room had a great view of the beach and surrounding area. The staff were very nice and respectful. The room was large and had a kitchenette with a full size fridge and stove and a living room with a small balcony looking at the ocean. The only downside would be the cleanliness, the bathroom and kitchen faucets were not clean, I always check where the water comes out and it was black from lack of cleaning and the tub would fill up with a few inches of water when showering. However the beds, countertops and appliances were very clean. I enjoyed having my coffee on the balcony in the morning and being able to walk along the beach. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here (just bring some cleaning wipes 😉)."

"No one was ever at the front desk on our side of the hotel. Check in was confusing, had to go over to the adjoining hotel. Tv didn’t work, and the room was very outdated for the cost. For anyone staying in the summer stay at the other hotel cuz the pool for this one is so tiny lmao"

"The hotel has some areas that are not very handicapped friendly, like parking and such. Other than those accommodations the room and location to the beach are wonderful "
