The property was very nice and enjoyable! The only complaint i have is that you have thw pool hours posted all over to close at 11pm and when we went to use it, a sign with different hours was posted on the door and that was very disappointing for myself and my family. That was not acceptable. Change your hours on all your signs if that's what you're going to do. Not good!

I prepaid IN FULL for two nights so I could check in as I pleased, and since I didn’t show up until the 2nd day, they cancelled my reservation and refused to refund me for cancelling my reservation. I then had to pay for an additional night. Terrible customer service at that front desk.

Unfortunately, Brandon, when you prepay a reservation, if you do not show up the first night, you go to a no show. You do not pay the hotel; you pay the agency you chose and they pay us. Thank you for your feedback!

Friends stayed here before when in area for swim meet & very pleased so we booked pleased overall. Room comfortable lived the dohm noise machine ordered one for home. Nice walkable places in area fun college town vibe

Great hotel at super reasonable prices. The only concern was the bed was so low to the ground. It would not have been ideal for those with a bad back or hips but still a 5-star review!

My family and I stayed for a hockey tournament and were asked to sign an additional notice upon arrival regarding quiet times and other items within the hotel. However, none of the items on this notice were enforced. We had to call multiple times with noise complaints at midnight before they were addressed. We complained at the desk and asked to speak with the manager, yet we have not received a call.

Hot water this time. Yayyy
Grateful for hot water this time. Last time we stayed we had an evening of NO hot water at 5pm on a Saturday. So getting ready for our event was an experience. So this time it was much better. We always enjoy our stay at the Glassboro and it’s so convenient to the hockey arena, the reason for our stay.

The hotel itself is good BUT noisy. You can hear the loud neighbors and cars at the middle of night the noise kept me awake at 4 am

Our stay was from 1/424 - 1/7/24 room #224 did not have hot water for 1 and half days of our stay. Courtyard knew there was a hot water issue and the pool and spa were out of order due to hot water issue. But courtyard chose to rent rooms in the affected area anyway. Maybe they should not have rented any rooms while this hot issue was going on. IMO, Courtyard owes a partial refund because of this hot issue. DM

You can hear all and I mean all the traffic at all times of the night in your room. The pool/spa was shut down for a health reason. There was a pill found on my bed and it wasn’t mine. The dispensers in the shower, the conditioner was out and they were unable to refill it. So they had to use those little travel bottles. Waste of money. Elevators are so slow! Staff though super nice!! The area is great and convenient!

The cleanliness was fine. However, the staff response was minimal at best when asked questions.The hot water in the bathrroom took a while to get warm. It was nice to have parking validated and the close proximity of their garage was nice.
