"This hotel clearly has people living at it. Cops were beating on the door of a crazy lady that had been outside yelling about wanting a police party at he hospital. The hotel room smelled like someone had dogs in it. The floors were dirty. You could see the dirt on the hard wood floor. The toilet overflowed with clean water. When I cleaned it up the towel was black from the floor being dirty. Husband went to the front to let them know about the toilet they had to go find a plunger and then they dropped it off in our room and never asked if they could help with anything. They was a very loud lady in a back room when we were checking in having a personal conversation on the phone with someone. Overall I would not recommend this hotel and will never stay at a motel 6 again. "

"This place is extremely run down. The room smells like old cigarette smoke (that’s probably been there since the 70s), thin walls and doors. The room only had 2 bars of soap (one body and a hand one); no shampoo/conditioner etc, so plan accordingly. The breakfast looked terrible, we ended up going to a local cafe instead. We didn’t swim or use the hot tub. We walked in there, it was extremely humid and lots of excited kids, so we quickly passed on that. The gal at the front desk was also not the friendliness. One good review; the bed was comfortable. So if you are just needing a quick place to stay, it will do. Oh and if you are a glass bottle drinker; today’s your lucky day, as the bathroom has a bottle opener mounted on the door frame! Cheers!"

"I have stayed at 2 other way more expensive hotels in CoosBay area and this one is the best so far and way cheaper. Beds were comfortable. Room was really decent for the price. I was pulling a U-Haul trailer so the large parking area was nice especially since I am not experienced at that. If staying for just 2 days and like room service, it needs to be requested otherwise you have to ask for extra amenities. That was a little out of the norm but the man at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Me and my dad were comfortable. I would recommend it over the $250 a night hotel casino in town that we had to request maintenance twice. Or the other that the beds were so hard we had to request extra blankets for padding. If price matters and comfort matters, the Red Lion is a good choice."

"My room was very clean and had all the essentials. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is conveniently located on Route 101. That being said, it was very loud at night due to traffic. Despite that, I slept well because of the very comfortable bed. Overall, a good stay."
