"Booked for three days. Only stayed the last day. When I arrived I noticed the safety entrance was broken to get to suites. When arrived I entered the code they sent me and it did not work. Strangely heard people inside my suite. I knocked then housekeeping came out. I asked why they were in there because it hadn’t been used. All they would say is (we do deep clean). OK strange…so they start to leave and I mentioned the code not working for the door. They responded (well it’s broken). Sooo you’re leaving me without access to the suite I say and then they just said (well take this key then. That just told me base camp couldn’t care less if I had access to the suite I rented. And 2 out 3 tv remote’s didn’t work either so my guest that stayed in the second room stared at the wall."
"Considering the Inn was slammed with a large line of customers due to a highway closure the front desk staff was very pleasant to all. The Sandman Inn has a very nice bicycle lock up and even has tools if needed. This was greatly appreciated. "
