Hopefully it’s not gonna amount to more than bumps and bruises. When I tried to let the manager know about it and suggested that that they should have non skid surface he seemed not interested that my husband fell and did not even ask how he was. He just kind of sneered at me. We had a pleasant stay until the morning but we will not stay here again"
