However, there was one significant drawback that I found disappointing—especially as a Hilton Honors Gold member. My room was only serviced once during my stay. This was unexpected, unacceptable, and inconvenient. What made this more frustrating was that I was unable to request housekeeping service prior to the scheduled service. As a loyal Hilton Honors member, I was surprised by this policy and felt it did not align with the level of service I typically expect. Aside from this issue, my stay was enjoyable, and the quality of the staff and property were commendable. I hope the hotel considers offering more flexible housekeeping options in the future, particularly for guests staying multiple nights."
