"Room was very quiet however we could not cool it to a comfortable level. The ceiling had numerous halogen small lights that could not be dimmed and were too intense. The only other lighting in the room was the bedside lights which were too dim to light the room. The location was very convenient."

"The location is excellent for easy access to the historic center, restaurants, shopping, and the train station. It wasn't too noisy. The only thing we had a problem with was the bed. In the upgraded room, there were 2 twin beds put together side-by-side but still made up as 2 twin beds (so you couldn't snuggle). Also, the beds moved - away from each other and away from the wall. We asked if they could make the beds up as one king-size bed but were told they didn't have the bedding for that...
