"I had a very nice stay at the Gran Ultonia despite major work being carried out on the property. My room was large and spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was huge with a very good shower with excellent pressure. View from the window not so good! The breakfast was adequate with a lot of choice. My daughter and I had a drink on the roof terrace which was a nice extra to the hotel amenities."

"We had a wonderful stay. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The decor is spare, in a good way. Clean and minimal. The food was delicious, and they happily accommodated our request for vegetarian meals. They offered good recommendations for hiking areas. The property caters to cyclists, which we did not realize and have nothing to do with, but it was perfect for us on a couples sightseeing vacation as well. "

"Hotel is beautiful and quiet. It is close to a big spa facility and nothing else. I would stay again as I enjoyed the spa next door but there isn't much else to see or do in the area."
