Girona Cathedral

Great location. Very helpful staff. Very clean room, but Minimal toiletries, small room with insufficient space for a suitcase and travel bag and thin blanket However the major issue was the AC unit: 1) Placed on wall opposite the bed so airflow is directly on you. Should be mounted on wall perpendicular to bed. 2) Control did not work properly. Temperature was set at 22°C, but unit continue to cool to 19°. Too cold 3) Turning the unit off resulted in room temperature rising to 25° 4) Turning it on then off then on: poor night's sleep for 2 nights in a row. Left me tired during day

The property was clean and in an excellent area. The staff took care of all your needs and I would recommend anyone stay at this hotel. We felt safe and well taken care of.
