bel endroit, bel hôtel, rien n'est entretenu

Le prix est très correct, mais tout va avec le prix ! piscine non disponible, petits déjeuners médiocres (1 café verre carton et un croissant congelé) la propreté de la chambre et salle de bains laissent à désirer.... Les extérieurs ne sont pas entretenus alors que le domaine est magnifique. Quel dommage ! Piles réclamées pour la télé commande de la TV au gérant jamais données (alors qu'il devait nous en donner)

Vi havde en enkelt overnatning på Paradise B&B. Opholdet startede egentligt godt. Huset virkede ren og velholdt. Der kom en mand med nøglen til aftalt tid, han kunne dog kun tale italiensk, så vi forstod ikke meget af forklaringerne. Værelset virkede også rent og velholdt, men så startede problemerne: Døren til badeværelset var ved at falde af hængslerne, badearmaturet var ikke sat ordentligt sammen, der var ikke varmt vand. Sengen var slidt, og der var hår i fra forrige gæster. Værelset var så fyldt med standby-lys fra elektriske apparater, at værelset ikke var mørkt om natten. Huset kunne ikke låses af, så der var fri adgang til huset hele døgnet. Om natten blæste det gennem huset, døren til værelset stod og klappede, så det lød som om nogen prøvede at lirke døren op. Vi var der udenfor turistsæsonen, men værelset var solgt med morgenmad og swimmingpool. Morgenmaden så vi aldrig, og poolen var uden vand.

Il proprietario si è dimenticato di scrivere nell'annuncio che è solo trasformare la piscina in una discoteca all'aperto con musica ad alto volume fino a notte fonda. La colazione non è composta da "specialità locali" come indicato ma è una normale colazione al bar alla quale hai accesso solamente se hai la buona volontà di superare un cancello virtualmente chiuso ed indirizzarti verso la piscina. La pulizia e la cordialità del personale del bar erano eccellenti, ma per il resto il proprietario è assente e disorganizzato. Anche se non c'è scritto da nessuna parte, ricordatevi di contattare l'host con anticipo altrimenti non troverete nessuno ad aprirvi e vi toccherà restare sotto il sole.

Al nostro arrivo non sapevano che dovevamo alloggiare li poiché il proprietario non ha riferito al ragazzo dell’accoglienza gli arrivi del giorno. Ho prenotato una stanza con balcone e ci hanno messo il primo giorno in una stanza normale dicendo che non gli risultava, il giorno dopo hanno cercato di rimediare spostandoci in una stanza più grande con balcone perché non gli risultavano arrivi durante la settimana. Abbiamo spostato le nostre cose passando una notte in quella camera. Il giorno seguente, dopo che siamo usciti a passare una giornata al mare, mi chiama il ragazzo dell’accoglienza dicendomi che dovevo liberare la stanza perché non si erano accorti che avevano una prenotazione e se potevo passare prima dell’una per spostare le nostre cose. Lascio tutto e arrivo al B&b, con mio stupore ritrovo tutte le nostre cose personali SPOSTATE IN UN ALTRA CAMERA SENZA IL MIO PERMESSO, valigie, vestiti e oggetti che avevo dentro l’armadio e nel bagno! Cosa per me assurda e molto grave! Tutto per far alloggiare questa famiglia di tre persone che alla fine scopriamo che dovevano restare solo una notte! Un giorno ci siamo ritrovati senza asciugamani. Per concludere, al checkout non c’era nessuno, il proprietario era nel suo alloggio che dormiva, si è svegliato mettendo una camicia al volo dopo 5 minuti che ha sentito le nostre voci nel giardino. Zero professionalità e serietà. Ringrazio Expedia per rimediare a tutto ciò mi ha fatto un buono per il prossimo viaggio.

Colazione deludente perché venivano offerti cornetti, fette biscottate, marmellate e succhi di frutta, oltre a caffè, te e cappuccino. Sul sito però viene pubblicizzato che la colazione è con specialità locali 😔. Per il resto, camera pulita con piccolo frigo a disposizione degli ospiti, area condizionata efficace e silenziosa. La struttura si trova in campagna, location nel complesso silenziosa e riposante.

La position de cet établissement est idéale pour partir dans toutes les directions des Pouilles, grâce à la proximité de la SS16, noter également l'aéroport à seulement 15 km. Mais ce qui fait l'excellence du Paradise B'n'B c'est très certainement sa situation géographique proche de Giovanizzo, petit port avec une vieille ville rénovée, ses palais, ses restaurants très attractifs et sa cuisine plus qu'abordable, plus les glaces à foison. Peu de touristes, une grande place et des événements en été. Un petite cité Italienne comme on les aime pour s'intégrer avec la population, souriante, gaie, détendue. Le Paradise B'n'B offre un rapport qualité prix plus qu'honorable, avec sa piscine et le petit déjeuner compris. C'est tout neuf et Enzo et Daniele sauront répondre à toutes vos attentes et prodiguer conseils pour visiter les Pouilles. Nous y avons passé 10 jours avec nos 2 enfants et y retournerons probablement. Beaucoup de sites remarquables sont à une heure maxi de distance en voiture, Pogliano di mare sur le littoral, les grottes de Castellana, les Trulli, Alta Mura ou Matera, capitale de la culture en Europe en 2019, pour le Sud (Santa Maria di leuca et Gallipoli) et le Nord (Vieste, parc régional), compter plutôt 2 heures. Avec un peu de perspicacité, beaucoup de petits sites tranquilles sont à une portée de galets de Giovinazzo, cité romantique et fascinante la nuit pour s'y ballader autour de ses remparts et dans ses ruelles, tel le rivage des Syrtes de Julien Gracq.

X chi cerca silenzio tranquillità e il posto perfe

Posto super tranquillo tantissimo verde e spazio, piscina confortevole ed ospitalità e gentilezza del personale eccellente. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene e comodi in tutto. Facile da raggiungere con Google maps, infatti unico consiglio e pecca, manca qualche indicazione per raggiungere la struttura. Grazie

Ottimo ... con un mah!!

Struttura nuova, situata in campagna ed in zona molto silenziosa. Stanza piccolina, ma molto confortevole, dotata anche di piccolo frigorifero. Pulizie e cambio lenzuola quotidiane. Sala colazione non disponibile causa lavori. Siamo stati dirottati in un bar in città, per colazione con cornetto e cappuccino. Quindi non abbiamo potuto verificare la colazione offerta in struttura così come pubblicizzata sul sito di prenotazione
