"A charming B&B set in the old city of Bari but on the borders of the new city which is a fabulous retail centre. The old city is fascinating with incredible ancient architecture and little alleyways that are filled with lots of small bars and independent restaurants. Palazzo Calo has a charming receptionist who couldn’t be more helpful, a large roof terrace and a home made very Italian breakfast. The room was well presented with a kitchenette with basic cooking utensils. What is there not to like. "

"The hotel is within walking distance of the train station. While it is not in Bari's downtown area, it is within walking distance, and the property is beautiful. The rooms are large and well-appointed. The staff are helpful, and the breakfast is amazing. Also, the pool area is clean and nice. I will stay here again. "

"It was a nice hotel but the WiFi did not hardly work and even the front desk could not get a connection. There was a hot tub in the spa but you have to make reservations to use it ahead of time which is not mentioned in the ad. The breakfast buffet was great and the ocean view is spectacular from the room and rooftop restaurant. "

"Incredibly tranquil yet business oriented hotel in an upscale area of Bari. Within walkable distance to old town - about 40 minutes or 10euro taxi ride. The breakfast selection is outstanding and included. Convenient and very reasonably priced self service bar. Lots great restaurants around. Staff is very helpful"
