VERY NICE LOOKING HOTEL BUT REALLY A 5 STAR, MORE OF 3/4 STAR ROOMS AND DOUBLE BED A GOOD SIZE, WELL EQUIPPED, VERY CLEAN AND NICE SMALL TERRACE FACING SEA. OUTSIDE TERRACE WAS NOT LAID OUT OR PREPARED FOR SITTING IN MIDDAY SUN WE ONLY WENT BB, BREAKFAST WAS POOR, NOT A HUGE CHOICE, FRUIT WAS NOT FRESH, WHICH IS SHAME OF WHERE IT IS!!COFFEE WAS SERVED FROM A SELF-SERVICE DISPENSER AND NOT SERVED FRESH! - NOT IS EXPECTED FROM A 5 STAR REATED HOTEL

We booked this hotel as we needed to stay in Gioiosa to attend a Holy Communion and was near to where our friends lived. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, even arranging transport for us to get to the church on the Sunday. Our room was a great size and very clean and the balcony sea view, perfecto. The best thing had to be the infinity pool area, which had stunning views. We can't wait to go back.

New Hotel..off to a good start!
New Hotel...and the room we had was great...large bed...goodsized bathroom and shower. Staff in every area very helpful. Poolside bar...and pool itself are the highlight.Food at breakfast and evening meal was good...but repetitive....could do with more variation.Biggest suggestion for this hotel would be to invest in some Cafetieres....this would the best way of serving the morning coffee. the current method just provides warm and very weak stuff!!

Quatre "Towers" desservies par des assenceurs vétustes et parfois en panne, des couloirs tristes et rarement nettoyés, pas de wifi dans les chambres, une seule piscine (belle mais bruyante), pas assez de parasols, mer à plus d'un kilomètre et accesible par navette de l'hotel, pas de parking, etc.

Camera pulita molto panoramica struttura un po datata ma tutto il resto deludente hotel distribuito in 3 torri con ascensori spesso fermi per scarsa manutenzione o perché si bloccano senza motivo ..colazione penosa e un giorno è mancata pure l'acqua!!

La struttura è molto particolare realizzata su un promontorio che si affaccia sul mare con la piscina a sfioro che sembra un tutt'uno con l'orizzonte si vedono come panorama le isole Eolie. Personale disponibile ed attento. Molto gentili sia alla hall che al bar a bordo piscina ed alla sala ristorante. Come richiesto La stanza era molto pulita in quanto allergici alla polvere. Si fa un po' di fatica con i parcheggi Perché la struttura è su una strada arrivata che sale su per promontorio ma comunque dalla carreggiata ridotta autovetture apporto della strada. La camera mpia con una doccia grande e un terrazzino con vista mare.

Personale della struttura molto gentile e disponibile, da migliorare sicuramente la quantità e la qualità dei cibi della colazione; pulizia delle camere sufficiente lo stesso non si può dire delle zone adiacenti ( corridoi , ecc ); parcheggio auto da migliorare; durante il soggiorno si è verificata una momentanea insufficienza di riserva di acqua nei serbatoi. La struttura in generale merita molto ma ci sono un pò di cose da migliorare per essere un 4 stelle.

Ligegyldig hvad der står på hotel.com, passer det ikke med hvad hotellet yder/har. Yder mere er prisen 100,- € mere end oplyst, for liggestole, parasol og strand-transport. Parkering finder kun på offentlig vej et stykke ned af bjerget. 0,5 L vand koster 1,5€ og er ikke gratis som oplyst. Mad og drikke koster helt vildt meget. All-inklusive er meget begrænset og pænt dyrt.

Location hat Traumhafte Blick auf Meer und Sonnenuntergang. Essen war nicht gut. Sehr wenig Auswahl für 4 Strene. Keine frische Obst der Season, Kein Auswahl bei Dessert. Zum Strand nur mit Auto oder Shuttle. Shuttle fährt 1 Mal in der Früh und 2 mal am Nachmittag zum abholen. Sonnst, es ist sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Strand war kostenlos für Hotel Kunden und Traumhaft schön und Wasser war super sauber und sehr gut.

Ottima location, nuova e ben studiata la struttura, delizioso il servizio e la ristorazione... di conseguenza il soggiorno! Vista su isole Eolie da tutte le camere, e e poi la piscina mozzafiato che sembra continuare nel mare....una figata! Anche i miei piccoli hanno apprezzato. ..

Fantastisk utsikt och fin pool
Hotellet var mycket bra och gjorde skäl för sina stjärnor. Härlig utsikt över den lilla, välvårdade byn, med hela hus och städade gator. Bra och pålitlig shuttleservice till stranden som låg en bit ifrån. Underhållningen på hotellet kunde vara bättre!

Albergo nuovissimo e dalla vista spettacolare.Complete le camere e molto gentile lo staff.Buona ed abbondante la colazione.bellissima la piscina e comodo il transfert per le 2 spiagge.Consiglio la spiaggia sabbiosa anche perchè al bar della spiaggia si mangia dell'ottimo pesce.Il parcheggio è un pò scomodo e i canali tv sono pochissimi e si vedono male.Lo consiglio per una vacanza all'insegna del relax.Poca animazione dentro e soprattutto nei paesi circostanti.

Grand Avalon Sikanì - un oasi di pace
Accoglienza ottima, albergo molto pulito, con una piscina stupenda. Le camere sono molto grandi e spaziose, con una favolosa vista sul mare. Colazione a buffet ricca e abbondante. Con circa 25 Euro si può cenare in albergo con un ricchissimo servizio a buffet. Servizio navetta gratuito per la spiaggia. Posiziona tranquillissima.Lo consiglio vivamente.

Un peu décevant
Dommage que cet hotel soit situé dans un quartier très sale et mal fréquenté. L'insécurité est très présente. L'hotel était très bien, sachant que 4 étoiles en sicile en vaut 3 chez nous.

ottima posizione e struttura all'altezza di un 4 stelle , non così per i servizi offerti dovuti penso al fatto che sono solo 2 mesi che l'Hotel ha aperto ;un solo esempio: un resort non può non disporre di un locale con doccia dove cambiarsi prima di lasciare l'Hotel..

Hotel nuovissimo (inaugurato a fine maggio 09!!)
Bellissima vista, piscina spettacolare, a breve distanza (ma non a piedi) dalla spiaggia. L'organizzazione deve ancora essere rodata, ma tutto il personale è molto gentile. Great view, wonderful swimmingpool, close to the beach (but not on foot). Overall organization has still to be finetuned, but staff is very kind and helpful.
