"The pool and hot tub are under construction so we were unable to use them. We didn’t know this because we booked with Expedia and it didn’t have a notice on the listing. :( Also the walls and doors are very thin and you can hear everything going on in next room and hallway. The toilet stopped working in the middle of the night. Luckily we were able to open the top and fix it ourselves. I didn’t see any water fill stations either. But the rate was cheap so you get what you pay for. The room seemed clean. I do wish there were more towels as we had 4 people in the room. I called down for more but there was no answer. It served its purpose but not sure I would stay there again. "

"Stayed at this property a few times but this last experience was below par. Rooms were not maintained, long wait to get into the room, also long wait to get car pulled up."

"The property could use a deep cleaning. For example, dusting above the door in bathroom. Fixing the warped floor in the bathroom. "

"The elevators did not work most of the time snd we had to take the stairs outside the building. The heat kept shutting off. "

"This location was convenient and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, but they did run out of yogurt (sorry, we'll have some tomorrow). The one thing that surprised me was the $20/night charge for parking. I don't recall seeing that when I reserved and it's not like this hotel is located in a city or close to an airport, so 95+% of people are going to have a car. This just feels like a way to keep the listed price low, but then tack on an added fee."

"Staff was more than willing to go above and beyond for my fiancé turned wife during our trip. Flower petals and champagne while we were out. They were great. Will definitely remember them when we return"
