"Room was completely filthy, dusty like it had been cleaned In a year graffiti on the tables inside the room as well as water damage and bugs infesting the whole place, homeless coming and going as they pleased and the whole hotel just smelled awful "

"Check-In was easy, and staff was very friendly. I needed a clothes iron immediately after getting to my room, and the front desk had one delivered within less than ten minutes. Located close to restaurants, shopping ,and the Palm Springs Convention center: which are all within walking distance."
