Toilet/bathroom smelt disgusting Staff not always willing to get extra creama.. only 3 provided ..not enough.. or t bags no safe in my room no digital tv no room service pool staff exceptionally slow.. neally 1 hour to get a beer.. ridiculous

The room was very dark and dingy, lighting is poor. The sheets were clean but the quilt inside was filthy and would have not have been washed in a long time. We had to take the quilt out of the cover as we were too hot and used the cover alone. We had requested a single sheet but one never came. We requested fresh towels but they never came. Very noisy from the loud music with a sub woofer thumping into the night. The room was not the one we booked for, at least not what we were expecting from the photo on line. Teabags, coffee, kettle and creamer powder were appreciated thank you.

A completely different resort to on photos. When we arrived we were shown to a room that was so close to the beach club next door that the roof was vibrating. We asked for another room which again was still as noisy. Very disappointing and wouldn’t recommend if you want a relaxing holiday. The beach club next door is so close and so loud. Rooms were nice however.

Excellent location
Best location on the island. You can hire a bike from right in front, or watch free movies on the beach. We looked at so many options for our stay on Gili T, and so so happy that we stayed here.

Beautiful sunset
Really nice hotel with lovely rooms and very comfy bed. Showers weren’t the best and the food and drink was abit overpriced, however the breakfast at la Carte’ the time we were there. But the pools are beautiful and it’s right on the beach. Much nicer than the other side of the island for a resort.

Belle chambre mais tout est cher.
Bel hôtel. Superbe chambre et salle de bain. Belles piscine et plage. Points négatifs: - chaises longues sans matelas, donc inconfortables - prix des boissons et plats vraiment excessifs (l'hotel de même gamme à côté a un bar restaurant moins cher, et il y a des restaurants à 100m à 30-50% moins cher) - vélos payants (75000 rp la journée, gratuits dans d'autres hotels et negociables dans la rue) - misique du bar de plage extrement forte pendant le repas sur la plage. Et aussi celle du bar, ce qui nous dérangeait dans notre bungalow qui était derrière le bar. - petit dejeuner buffet un peu plus léger que dans d'autres hotels de meme gamme (hotel voisin par exemple). - deposit obligatoirement en cash. Pas possible en carte bancaire (500 000 rp) - pas de prises à côté du lit - manque un peu de luminosité dans la chambre. En somme. Une belle chambre, mais des prix trop élevés pour tout. On en a eu plus pour notre argent à l'hotel à côté, où on a passé 3 nuits également et où les prix des chambres sont sensiblement moins élevés.

Good choice
The room was clean, the bed was comfy and lovely staff. The only point was so many mosquitos in our room, because of a hole in the bathroom door, we asked to change our room and kindly they upgraded our room and made sure it was no mosquitos. As it is at the other side of the island (the best one for us) I would recommend to rent a bike to get there.

We arrived early for check in and sorted everything and went to the beach until an hour after check in opened. When we got back they still didn’t have a room for us and we had to wait 30 minutes to get one cleaned. We had booked for 3 people and got a 2 person room. We never got towels and when we requested them we were told there were none left. Also declined bicycles. Disappointed as we spent extra money for a good hotel on the island when we could have got cheaper

Great hotel, some parts of it were undergoing maintenance. Friendly staff but the drinks/food are a bit overpriced compared to other places on the island. Music is played as loud as in nightclubs at the pool/breakfast buffet at times. Only lukewarm water for showering but was not a problem as the private shower is outside and the weather is quite warm. Not a lot of food options nearby, you will have to go explore elsewhere on the island.

Ne choisissez pas cet hôtel
Si vous avez ne serait-ce qu’un peu plus de budget, choisissez l’un des nombreux resort à côté de celui-ci. Sur Hotels.com l’on vous propose une réduction intéressante, car l’hôtel est en travaux… Et l’hôtel ne trouve pas utile de l’indiquer directement sur la page de réservation, surprise à l’arrivée !! De plus, nous avons eu une très mauvaise expérience client avec la réception. Voulant annuler notre dernière nuit nous avons effectué une demande auprès du monsieur présent à l’accueil, il nous a fait tourné en rond pendant 2 jours pour au final ne jamais honorer le remboursement et ne voulait pas nous rendre notre monnaie non plus pour un service de pressing. Déjà que l’île de Gili trawangan n’est pas terrible, mais alors l’hôtel ne relève pas le niveau du tout.

Parfait si vous voulez fuir les fêtard de l ile
Superbe hôtel très calme loin des fêtard. Dans la piscine il n y avait que des couples calmes. Pas de groupe de jeunes qui font la fête ou qui crient... la chambre est juste waw très propre confortable la douche en extérieur C est magnifique. Le petit déjeuner très bon et beaucoup de choix. Le negatif je le mettrait dans le prix des boissons. Vous faites 100m tout est à moitié prix

Het hotel is net open en verschillende zaken waren nog niet in orde. Het douchewater en het zwembadwater waren zout. Ook was het douchewater koud. De douche overstroomde. Ook verder waren er haperingen die niet echt een luxe ervaring gaven (föhn kapot, airco koelde niet etc, nauwelijks stopcontacten, Fietshuur veel duurder dan elders etc)..Staf is behulpzaam maar overall vonden wij de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding niet in orde. Veel te duur voor het niveau van comfort

Les deux villas balinaises étaient top. Douche extérieure avec eau chaude (rare sur l’île) et très bien décorée. Restauration de qualité sur la plage avec coucher de soleil top. Bien que le service et le personnel étaient super nous avons eu un incident avec la réservation de la calèche par l’hôtel. Nous avons du prendre 2 calèches alors qu'une seule suffisait (nous l'avons expérimenté à l'aller). La personne de l’accueil a pris le parti des chauffeurs au lieu de soutenir ses clients. Le petit déjeuner est très complet avec vue sur la mer. Je recommande cet hôtel.

In another side, we have to apologize for the problem when you ordered carriage, sometime the carriage driver does not accept to carry more than 2 persons with luggage (depending on number of luggage off course), in fact they could accommodate in one carriage. Uferdig hotell
Når vi kom til hotellet så det ut som hotellet var under konstruksjon og dermed uferdig, men hotellet er delvis åpnet. Rommene var helt nye og veldig bra, renholdet var også veldig bra. Men etter å ha sjekket inn fant vi ut at 2 av 3 svømmebadseng var stengt på grunn av vedlikehold, noe som ikke ble informert om før vi forsøkte å bruke bassengene. Vi reiste med små barn og badebassengene på reklamebilder var en stor del av grunnen til at vi valgte dette hotellet. Så vi ble veldig misfornøyde på grunn av dette. Frokosten besto bare av 3 valg som kunne bestilles og ikke type buffet der en kan forsyne seg flere ganger. Servering av frokost var veldig lite strukturert og vi fikk mat og drikke etter lang tid og vi fikk heller ikke alt som var bestilt før vi hadde spurt flere ganger. Totalt kan dette bli ett bra hotell, men det er en del som må gjøres med informasjon, service og frukost for å vere ett bra alternativ på dette prisnivået.

We see that all the comments are valid and agreeable, we are newly open and one of the pools did not work properly and needs maintaining but this has worked and has been operational now. As a new resort, we understand that all our staff need some training but this is also under control right now. There were only a few customers when we newly open but now there is no more issue for the breakfast for our guests as the breakfast is served in a buffet style now.
