We missed the burg inning of the penguin game. The lines were unreal. Staff seemed overwhelmed. Lines for elevators were long. And restaurant did not have space. We have stayed here before without issue. But hundreds of people in the lobby either without rooms ready or waiting 1-2 hours to check in is simply not acceptable "
