The owners are caring and thoughtful. They tracked my flight to ensure that someone was there to greet me. As a solo female traveler, I appreciated the security gate, the small size and the proximity to the ferry. St John is incredibly safe and close-knit. "If you’re staying at the villas or treehouses, just know they’re doing construction (as of Feb 2025), which can be annoying if you plan to stay at your villa between 8:30 AM and 4 PM. Don’t get me wrong this surroundings and areas beautiful and the service is mostly great. Will definitely come again to give it a second chance! "
