Free parking, very convenient to where we want to go, easy access to freeway, elevator close to rooms and hotel entrance, good breakfast restaurants with great service

We had a great stay at Planet Hollywood. The room was larger than expected. The bathroom…holy cow, it was huge! The beds were fairly comfortable. A little too firm for me but comfortable enough. The pillows were soft which I liked. The room was clean. I called down to housekeeping and requested extra pillows and towels and they were brought to our room within 10 minutes. I call that pretty good customer service. My friend arrived a day before us and told the person who checked her in that we were going to be there the next day. She requested that we stay on the same floor as her and they actually gave us the room right next door. We had a door between our rooms that we could open to pass through to the other’s room. It was great! I’m so glad that they were able to accommodate her request. The only disappointment is that there wasn’t a coffee maker in the room. Starbucks was pretty much our only option and it was expensive! I paid $40 for a green tea and two specialty drinks! My friend purchased a cheap coffee maker at Target so that we could have coffee that didn’t cost us an arm and a leg. Other than that we had a great stay!

The rooms were clean but could use some attention. Phone chargers would not stay in worn out outlets. Hot water temps were spotty, windows were drafty and old in room hot water heat radiators did not work well causing the room to be very cold. The staff did change our room the next day but unfortunately the water pressure in the new room was worse than the first. Overall for the price the hotel worked for sleeping and it's saving grace was the amazing location to Time Square and Broadway. I would stay again based on the cleanliness and location.
