One of the worst hotel ever I ever stayed at. Towels are cheap quality, room a so small, shower was small room was not so clean and the bed are horrible. Will never book any of the Ivis hotel first time and the last time I will ever stay in an Ibis

We asked to have room cleaned and fresh towels each day. There was no remote for the tv in our room. We got a remote after 2 calls. The tv did not work. Another call and someone came and got it to turn on. The next day we got back and no room service and no towels. Said it was too late and brought us towels. 2nd day we returned and no room service no towels. After two trips to the desk we finally were given the manager. They paid for dinner and for our trip to the airport. That was nice but we booked this hotel so we could rest and have a nice place after our cruise. They did try to make it up to us but the stay was a hassle. Not what we needed. Cannot say we recommend this hotel.
