Very hard bed with uncomfortably thick pillows. No shower curtain or glass to prevent water from splashing in the bathroom. Seat on sofa is barely 12 inches high suitable for children but not for adults. "We had an amazing time here. We went off season but the sky pool and indoor pool was open. You also get ticket to the theme park. On weekends there is a fireworks show that you can watch. Staff was amazing and always courteous. Highly recommend for families and will return again for our trip to Jeju."
