"The staff was so friendly! We had a problem figuring out the TV and they came right up to our room and worked on it until they got the channels to come in. The room was very large and included a kitchenette which came with dishes and utensils. The beds were firm, but not rock hard, or worn. We have an 85 lb dog and he was welcomed! Plenty of walking in the area too."

"We received confirmation check-in time if 3 pm went to establishment at 245 no one there door locked went back at 320 called the number provided no one answered the phone. Went to our pre planned entertainment received a phone call at 917 pm asking if we planned to keep our reservation I explained how we'd been there no one there was told they were there at 345 pm why didn't I wait said I had plans. Was then informed if we did not get there by 10 pm the doors would be locked and put reservation would not be honored no refund. We left our engagement. Will not ever stay at this establishment again. "

"The pool room is cool in temperature but the hot tub is hot and the pool water temperature is pleasant. Both are clean and I thoroughly enjoyed both. The place is great for a business overnight stay. Breakfast is good, but get there very early because supply gets low. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet for sleeping. "

"Very nice hotel BUT extremely noisy and this is why overall rating is low. Why putting all this money into the renovations and not sound proof better. We stayed on the bottom floor beautiful room and view but it sounded like the family above us was going to come through the ceiling (shame on the parents no respect for other guests) I did call down to the front desk multiple times. We didn't get much sleep that night. We had to be up early for a tournament to. Pool was freezing and that part of the hotel is very outdated. I didn't eat there very expensive. Ordered pizza instead. "
