What I liked the most about this property is the time the owner takes to make sure you are have a good experience. That is something you do not get at most hotels. The rooms are a but dated but were clean. It has some updated touches like the led light in the bathroom. The linens and towels need to be updated. Some of our linens had cigarette burn holes. Overall good experience. It is not a luxury hotel but definitely worth the budget price you pay.

Pretty good stay, some rude patrons beeping a horn repeatedly at 525 am but thats outside the control of the hotel. Quite clean and met all our needs

The property was very clean & the staff was very nice & friendly. They just need to make improvements in the appearance of the rooms. The rooms were very clean but you could tell that the rooms needed new curtains & some new paint & touch up.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. People staying in the end unit were blasting salsa music and working on their vehicles making a lot of noise. To be completely honest the music was so loud you could “feel” it in the room. We did have to call to the front desk to get the staff to react. The staff ended up having to go out twice to get them to quiet down. This is not the fault of the staff however I feel the good price to stay at this hotel tends to draw this type of guest. We will spend more money on a better hotel on our next visit to Gettysburg to hopefully avoid this type of clientele.

It was as expected. Nothing fancy. The showers had nice hot water. The fee for the dogs was double what I expected but when we left the proprietor was happy that we and our dogs were responsible clients.

Very clean. Attentive Staff on site. We arrived on a trip home at midnight and they were still very accommodating and polite. Small pet fee compared to other hotels.

The staff is very hospitable and the property are just a short distance to the battlefield and town. the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. I would stay there again.

nice ppl - terrible service
we called to see if they had the king room available that was listed on hotels.com bc it was listed as one left. they replied, yes they had a few kings left we told her we were going thru our hotels.com to reserve. she said no problem. So I booked it online while my husband was on the phone with her. she received our confirmation code. when we arrived they handed us keys to a double bed room and told us there were two others that came in before us and they gave our room away. at this point it was late 11pm we were desperate for a shower and room. several people hanging in the parking lot at all hours of the night. we did not get what we paid for. the room stayed very warm even with the ac turned as low as it could go. we will not be returning.

Good Place Just South of the Battlefield
Good spot at a good price not too far south the of the battlefield. An older motel style facility but clean and no issues. Would surely stay here again. Well priced for Gettysburg and good service. Would stay here again for sure.

The Perfect Historic Gettysburg Experience.
This place is an old fashioned motor court and the place is dripping with nostalgia right on down to the little plastic keys. The proprietor was nice and helpful. The location was ideal to every site that I wanted to see in this historic location.

Excellent Hotel
This hotel is about 3 miles outside of the town as you drive along the battlefields. Service was excellent, loved my room and the accommodations -- and the TV worked! Will definitely stay again on my next visit to Gettysburg!

Not pet friendly although it says it is on site.
The hotel was simple and in good condition. However, it is NOT pet friendly. On the hotels.com web site it said pet friendly so we booked and drive to the hotel. When we got there we had no idea that there were specifics to that pet friendly statement. You are only allowed once single dog for a price. Two or more dogs- you are out Any cats- you are out Any other animal other than a single dog- out That must be noted somewhere because I was almost not allowed to stay. It was 9pm and we were on a budget and tired and had our animals. What would we have done if they did not let us stay? This needs to be more clearly stated if that is considered a perk of the hotel

Great budget motel that still uses real keys
The place was clean enough. Its super cheap and not fancy at all. But it would be my first choice the next time im in the area. It was a $60 room and I would have been okay paying $100ish for it. Its an old fashioned “owner lives in a house next to motel and doors still use actual keys” type of place. Stay here if u are on a budget and arent a fancy-pants. Air conditioner worked good…… we stayed september 2022

Great solo stay for visiting Gettysburg

HORRIBLE! and when brought to anyones attention, they’ll lie and say you never said anything to them. Blood on the shower curtains. Bugs on the floor. Tub wasn’t clean. Stains on the sheets and blankets. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place! I don’t know how this place is still open.
