"The property has great staff and serves excellent meals. Generally the hotel is in very good order and the rooms are clean and inviting. The outer wooden door to my hotel refrigerator was not in a good state and the sliding door of the wardrobe didn’t work properly. Also the outdoor pool was empty and looked unsightly. The staff are absolutely excellent, friendly helpful and professional."

"We have a wonderful one night stay in this lovely hotel, with helpful staffs and the inclusion of free breakfast is a plus. Maybe to have an airport shuttle is better and make the rooms with better sound proofing for a better sleep at night because I can hear noises from other rooms, guests knocking on doors and walking down the halls"

"It’s a lovely hotel with endless sporting and spa facilities. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The electric heated toilet is just incredible to behold. The only drawback was that the breakfast doesn’t open until 08:00hrs. For me on a business trip, this was too late."
