"From the moment we arrived and departed was a truely wonderful experience!! Our hosted Brad and staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable from details maps on trails and treks and must do photo stops. The food and wine were impressive some of the finest. The property was so unique all the finer details and personal touches. The spa bath is a must view would never get old. We hope to return sooner rather than later."

"We got a free upgrade from a standard trip room to a kitchen cabin. Overall the kitchen cabin had a few dead flies and bees near the window. Might have froze to death in the cold. Other than that, the area was clean. Nothing much about the views because it was rainy and gloomy when we arrived. Everything was in order, check in and check out was ok too. We were able to leave our luggage at the counter before check in too which was great."

"I thought we were going back to units we had been to a few years back - I got it wrong. The place is very run down and I so you l presume the property is being renovated a unit at a time. We had a budget unit. The information re wifi was not clear on the map/info given on arrival. The unit had not been completely renovated and the driveway outside was a mess. I am sure they have nicer units and would recommend they take the back units off the market until the outside area is brought up to standard."

"This place is run down and in dire need of some attention. Power points in room didn’t work and had to go to reception to get them to reset the circuit for my room. Major hot water issues in the shower. Temp went from boiling (dangerous) to freezing cold in seconds. Couldn’t stay in for safety reasons. Hopefully they fix this as has been mentioned many times in reviews. Tv could not get live TV channels and only had a steaming service. My advise is pay a bit more and stay somewhere else."
