Hôtel agréable

Hôtel pratique, calme et agréable. Seul point noir : forte odeur de chat dans les couloirs. Bon à savoir : moins cher en passant directement par le site de l'hôtel.

Bien car réduction de prix sinon non.

La chambre trop petite, situee ds l'annexe, ce qui oblige à sortir du bâtiment pour le petit dejeuner mais propre et confortable. Le personnel est à l'ecoute et sympathique. Sommes satisfaits ds l'ensemble car avons profité d'une belle réduction. Sinon trop chère. Petits déjeuners tres corrects.

Hôtel sympathique "avec son côté montagne et petit chalet" avec sa piscine et un accès privilégié en bord du Lac. Ravi de ce séjour sous le soleil vosgien début juillet.

Excellent séjour

Ma chambre était située sur le côté et donnait sur une rue adjacente. Jai vraiment apprécié la qualité de la loterie et le calmeaux alentours de l'hôtel ou il n'y avait pas un bruit. La chambre est moderne et pissedecune salle de bain magnifique. La télé à écran plat est de grande taille contrairement à certains hôtels. Le personnel à la réception est très aimable.

Ascenseur pour personnes handicapées

Attention l'annexe n'est pas équipée d'un ascenseur, seul le bâtiment principal en est doté. Détail a bien vérifier sur votre demande de réservation car les chambres réservées sur Internet sont souvent dans l'annexe. Autre détail, le prix d'une réservation avec Hôtel.com où les autres sites est majoré par rapport à une réservation directe comme indiqué sur l'affichage des prix à l'extérieur de l'hôtel.

Hôtel sympa pour quelques nuits

J'ai fais un séjour de 4 jours en aout afin de faire du vélo, l'hôtel dispose d'un local sécurisé, il est très bien placé, une belle vue même si j'étais logé dans l'annexe. J'avais vu des avis concernant le bruit dans l'hôtel , ce la ne m'a pas trop gêné, on entend seulement le bruit des canalisations, mais si vos voisins ne se douchent pas en pleine nuit ça va. La première nuit il faisait chaud, et j'ai donc ouvert la fenêtre , le problème est que les clients d'un bar voisin ont parlé fort une bonne partie de la nuit, mais grâce à la qualité de la literie, j'ai super bien dormi. La piscine est sans plus, je ne suis pas venu pour faire bronzette. Le gros problème de l'hôtel est qu'il n'a pas de resto, je voulais acheter mes plats pour manger en chambre, mais il n'y a pas de FRIGO dans la chambre, ce qui m'a vraiment gêné, nous sommes donc obligé de trouver un resto tous les jours, C'est bien pour quelques jours, mais pas pour une semaine complète! Il n'y a pas d'ascenceur et de rampe dans l'escalier du palier, ma mère à donc eu du mal à monter et elle était fatiguée, mais sinon ça va.

Hôtel vieillot.

Lit trop étroit 1,40m avec une literie bien trop molle.On y dort mal. Sanitaires démodés, robinet qui goutte en permanence. Odeur forte de désinfectant dans la chambre très désagréable. Cheminée dans le salon qui ne fonctionne plus alors retirer la photo du web parce qu'on pensait lire au coin du feu en fin de journée. Déco de l'hôtel à revoir complétement. Par contre , personnel agréable.

Séjour à Gérardmer

Mon épouse et moi avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel sauf que mon épouse étant handicapée par la polyarthrite et que les chambres se trouvent à l'étage elle pouvait difficilement les escaliers alors que sur le bon de réservation était mentionné qu'il y avait un ascenseur. Sinon nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux de la part du personnel de cet hôtel.il y avait aussi des petits déjeuners très copieux que nous avons bien apprécié. Encore merci pour le bon accueil.

Havde bestilt og forudbetalt 3 overnatninger ( kunne ikke annuleres ) et værelse minimum 18 m2 med balkon og søudsigt - MEN,MEN,MEN, ved ankomst fortalte de vi var opgraderet, og vi fik vores nøgle - til et lille værelse mod baggården ( p-plads ) vores bestilte værelse var ikke til rådighed, så vi måtte tage til takke med tilbudt værelse. Vi valgte kun 1 overnatning, af de planlagte 3, og de lovede os at vi ville får 2/3 af prisen retur. DET VAR BARE IKKE I ORDEN - specielt når vi havde forudbetalt og det ikke kunne cancelles af os - men åbenbart af hotellet.

Good hotel with views of lake. Ideally positioned.

Really good breakfast, nice swimming pool (smallish) with surrounding decking & chairs, loungers and hammock. Hotel is in 2 parts, divided by a fairly quiet road. We didn't know this, although were aware that we had selected a standard room, not one of the more prestigious ones. Our room was ok, although pretty basic, and we did have a lake view, but it always feels a bit disjointed staying in the annex. Also annex had no lift, and we had lots of luggage. Great location, good parking.
